About

On this website you will find different surface protein expression datasets exploring CD8+ T cell heterogeneity following infection with various pathogens. These datasets have been generated in the laboratory of Laura Mackay using the InfinityFlow analysis pipeline (Becht et al. 2021 https://dx.doi.org/10.1126/sciadv.abg0505). Here, you would be able to interrogate the expression of hundreds of surface proteins on antigen-specific CD8+ T cell across different tissues.

P14 memory CD8+ T cells across 6 tissues (LCMV Armstrong 60 days post-infection)
We examined the surface proteome of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells (P14) across six different tissues (spleen, bone marrow, liver, kidney, salivary glands, small intestine IEL) following an acute viral infection (LCMV Armstrong, 60 days post- infection). For this, we used the InfinityFlow analysis pipeline and the LEGENDScreen antibody panel (Biolegend), which allows for the measurement of hundreds of surface proteins at the single-cell level. CD8+ T cells were segregated into distinct populations based on InfinityFlow predicted protein expression. We present these analyses for interactive browsing. Further information can be found in our publication: insert DOI when available.

P14 circulating memory CD8+ T cells (LCMV Armstrong 60 days post-infection)
We examined the surface proteome of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells (P14) in the spleen following an acute viral infection (LCMV Armstrong, 60 days post- infection). For this, we used the InfinityFlow analysis pipeline and the LEGENDScreen antibody panel (Biolegend), which allows for the measurement of hundreds of surface proteins at the single-cell level. Circulating memory CD8+ T cells were segregated into distinct populations (TCM, TEM1, TEM2 and t-TEM) based on InfinityFlow predicted protein expression. We present these analyses for interactive browsing. Further information can be found in our publication: insert DOI when available.

OT-I circulating memory CD8+ T cells (LCMV-OVA and Influenza-OVA 20 days and 100 days post-infection)
We examined the surface proteome of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells (OT-I) in the spleen following an acute viral infection (LCMV-OVA or Influenza-OVA (X31), 20 days and 100 days post-infection).

OT-I memory CD8+ T cells across 7 tissues (LCMV-OVA, Listeria-OVA, HSV-OVA and Influenza-OVA 50 days post-infection)
We examined the surface proteome of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells (OT-I) in the spleen following an acute infection (LCMV-OVA, Listeria-OVA, HSV-OVA or Influenza-OVA (X31), 50 days post-infection). For this, we used the InfinityFlow analysis pipeline and which allows for the measurement of surface proteins at the single-cell level. Memory CD8+ T cells were segregated into distinct populations (TCMEM, TCEFF, and TRM) based on InfinityFlow predicted protein expression. We present these analyses for interactive browsing.
